Breast Implants
Most saline-filled breast implants share some standard features, such as a silicone rubber shell and a valve for filling with saline solution. However, to better meet each woman's individual needs, breast implants come in different shapes and sizes.
Round implants are more likely to give you a round curve in the upper part of your breasts. Anatomical implants are more likely to give you a gentle slope in this area, because the top of the implant is shaped more like a natural breast.
Liposuction
Liposuction is a procedure for removing deposits of fat in problem areas, such as the abdomen, hips, "love handles," and thighs. Liposuction also can be done for other areas, such as deposits under the chin and jaw line.
